The monthly price includes: fully furnished and equipped accommodation ▪ free utilities: water, WiFi and up to 450 kWh of electricity (15 kWh/day) ▪ 6% VAT ▪ weekly cleaning and change of bed linen ▪ regular washing of household textiles ▪ final cleaning ▪ parking within our fenced property ▪ and use of our bicycles.
