RESERVATION CONFIRMED
▪ with 100% advance payment for short stays and bookings less than 2 months ahead.
▪ with 50% deposit upon booking and 50% final balance due one month before arrival for standard bookings (1+ week stays, booked more than 2 months ahead).
ESSENTIAL HOUSE RULES
▪ Don't do unto others what you don't want others do unto you.
▪ We cannot accept pets as we have 2 dogs and 11 cats freely roaming around.
▪ Smoking and barbecue are allowed only outside, near both houses.
▪ Quiet period: from midnight until 8 a.m.
▪ As we value privacy of all, no visitors allowed without our prior consent.
▪ Smile often and make others laugh.
CHECK-IN: from 3 p.m. until 8 p.m.
▪ Early check-in: Subject to availability
▪ Late check-in: By prior arrangement only
CHECK-OUT: latest until 11 a.m.
▪ Optional self-checkout available

RESERVATION CANCELLED
▪ two months or more before your arrival: full refund of deposit, minus a 30 € fee.
▪ under two months before your arrival: deposit is non-refundable.
▪ if we do not receive your final payment one month before your arrival.
Please note: If you cancel within two months of arrival due to personal or third-party disruptions, payments are non-refundable. However, at our discretion, we may agree to credit a (partial) amount toward a future stay if your dates are rebooked by another guest.
